Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1-4oz can mushrooms, liquid included
½ cup sherry wine
Dried onion bits
splash of lemon juice
jar of pimento
parsley flakes
2 tsp Dijon mustard
parmesan cheese
Paprika
Season
chicken with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer
in pyrex baking dish. Mix together soup, sour cream, mushrooms, sherry wine, dried onion bits, lemon juice, pimentos, parsley, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Pour
over chicken, sprinkle very generously with paprika and bake uncovered at 350º
for 1 hour. Serve over buttered noodles.
