Cold Cucumber & Tomato Soup - Michael Fletcher

½ cucumber, peeled and grated       
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can cold water                        
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce                
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients.  Top each bowl with a dab of heavy cream and chopped parsley.
