1 can beef consommé soup
1 can french onion soup
1 stick butter
3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (boiled and chopped)
Spray
casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
Combine rice, soups and chicken and lightly stir. Slice butter and place on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh bread and veggies.
