Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix - Charlene Fletcher

(We made this one year for Christmas as gifts in mason jars.  The kitchen was an assembly line with the kids filling the jars.  What a mess we made, but boy was it tasty)

8 qt box powdered milk                    

6 oz jar powdered dairy creamer

1 lb can instant cocoa                       
½ lb powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients and store in air-tight mason jars.  Great for gifts.  Mix ¼ - ½ cup mix (do it to your taste for chocolate) to 8 oz hot water.
