Latin Flavored Corn - Michael Fletcher

6 cups fresh or frozen corn                               
2-4oz jars sliced pimentos, drained
⅓ cup sliced green onions                 
1 small green pepper, diced
2 tbsp butter                                        
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin                                        
½ tsp salt

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.  Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
