Lemon Raspberry Frost - Michael Fletcher

1 pint vanilla ice cream                     
1 pint raspberry frozen yogurt
½ cup lemon juice                              
1 cup sugar
1 quart buttermilk

Place vanilla ice cream in bowl.  Blend until creamy.  Add raspberry frozen yogurt.  Blend in lemon juice, sugar and buttermilk.  Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves.  Makes 10 servings.
