1 tbsp citric acid (powder)

tbsp lemon extract (not juice)
3 cups sugar 5 quarts water
1 lemon, sliced fine
Heat 1 quart of water just until sugar dissolves, no need to
boil. Let water cool and add remaining
ingredients with an ice ring or ice cubes in a punch bowl. Scatter lemon slices to float in the punch,
enjoy!
