Mexican Meatloaf - Nancy Fletcher

2 lbs ground chuck                             
1 cup coarsely crushed corn chips
½ cup taco sauce                                
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1 egg lightly beaten                            
½ cup grated cheddar or monterey jack 

Mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place in crockpot.  Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours (High: 3 ½ - 5 hours).
