Sticky Chicken - Barbara Seng

(Our kids can’t get enough of this.  They ask for this all the time!)

1 bottle Yoshida’s Sauce (original) 
12-18 chicken wings or legs

In an electric fry pan with a cover pour sauce over the chicken pieces.  Start to cook to a strong simmer for 30-45 minutes.  As chicken cooks slowly, turn pieces to ensure they keep coated with sauce.  The sauce will reduce after time and becomes sticky and attached to the chicken pieces.  Eat with lots of napkins or a washcloth!
