Strawberry Delight - Michael Fletcher

2 pkgs strawberry Jello                      
2-10oz pkgs frozen strawberries
2 mashed bananas                             
1-20oz can of pineapple chunks
1¾ cups boiling water                        
½ pint sour cream

Dissolve jello in boiling water.  Add froze strawberries, drained pineapple, and mashed bananas.  Put half of the mixture in deep glass bowl and set.  Put balance of jello in 9 inch cake round pan and set.  When firm, spread sour cream over the jello in the bowl.  Set the jello in the cake pan quickly in some warm water to release and slide the molded jello over the sour cream as a second layer.  Return to fridge to allow to set further.
