Banana Split Cake - Nancy Fletcher

2 cups graham cracker crumbs        
1 stick margarine, melted
2 cups powdered sugar                      
1 egg
2 sticks margarine, soft                     
5 bananas, sliced
2 lb can crushed pineapple, drained               
1 pint frozen strawberries
1 large container Cool Whip             
maraschino cherries
chopped pecans

Dip banana slices into lemon juice and drain.  Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the margarine and press into a 9x13 pan.  Chill.  Beat together the powdered sugar, egg, and margarine for about 15 minutes.  Spread over graham cracker crust.  Dip banana slices into lemon juice, drain, place on egg mixture.  Spoon pineapple over bananas, and the strawberries over the pineapple.  Spread the Cool Whip over the strawberries.  Garnish with the cherries and pecans.  Chill 8-10 hours.  Keep refrigerated.
