4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced½ cup chopped celery
3-4 sliced carrots
1-26oz can cream of chicken Soup
In a
large casserole dish, place onions, carrots and celery. Pour the Cream of Chicken soup over the
vegetables. Place the breasts on
top. Cover and bake at 350° for 45
minutes to one hour or until the chicken is done.
Serve over hot rice.
