Cream of Mushroon Soup - Shalyn Kessler

8oz fresh mushrooms, sliced             
1 medium onion, chopped
1-10¾oz can chicken broth                              
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter                                        
¼ cup flour
parsley                                                  
1 cup Half & Half
salt & pepper

Melt butter and sauté mushrooms and onions.  Add flour, salt, pepper, and Half & Half.  Mix well and add remaining ingredients.  Simmer and serve.
