Egg Nog Pie - Shalyn Kessler

2 pkgs (4 servings) cook & serve vanilla pudding
2 cups eggnog
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 pint whipping cream – whipped

Cook over low heat until thickened.  Set aside – allow to cool.  Then blend until smooth with electric mixer.  Fold whipping cream into pudding mixture.  Pour into 10 inch baked pastry shell, sprinkle with nutmeg.  Cool in fridge for 3 hours.
