Fried Bread / Scones - Mark Seng

4 cups flour                                          
2⅓ cups water
6 tsp baking powder                           
1 tsp salt

Mix dry ingredients.  Add water.  Stir well, making a soft dough.  Divide into small portions, roll out.  Fry in hot oil in frying pan or deep fat fryer.  Spread with butter and honey.
