2 tbsp cornmeal
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp poultry seasoning
Mix
all ingredients in sturdy plastic bag.
Shake chicken pieces in this until well coated. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil covering the
pan to keep the steam inside (this helps cook the chicken faster). It takes 30-45 minutes to fry all the
pieces. Remove lid at end and cook for 5
minutes or so to let crisp up.
