2 cups cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
½ cup diced, cooked meat
2 tbsp soy sauce
Melt
margarine and sauté onion until tender.
Add rice and meat and stir until warm. Beat eggs and stir into rice mixture. Cook and continue stirring for about 5
minutes. Stir in soy sauce and cook an additional minute. This is a good way to use leftover rice and
any meat may be used.
