Fudge Icing - Ruth Fletcher

2-3oz chocolate                                   
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
3 tbsp shortening                                
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp milk

Heat chocolate, shortening, and milk together.  Blend in sugar and vanilla.
