Glazed Ham with Cherry Sauce - Nancy Fletcher

5 lbs canned ham, drained and cut in half
½ cup apple jelly                                
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp dry white wine                         
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp dry white wine                         
1-21oz can cherry pie filling

Score fat on ham in a diamond patter, then place in crockpot with fat side up. Combine apple jelly, mustard and 1 tbsp white wine; spread glaze over top of ham. Cover and cook on Low for 6-12 hours. One hour before serving, turn to High and baste ham with glaze and juices. Remove ham to warm serving platter. Make a paste of cornstarch and 3 tbsp white wine and add to crockpot with cherry pie filling; stir well. Cook on High until smooth and thickened.  Spoon half of the sauce over ham and serve the remaining sauce separately.
