¼ tsp salt
1 egg
½ cup sugar
1¼ cup flour
¼ tsp vanilla
Cream
butter and sugar , add only egg yolks, flour, salt and vanilla. Roll into little balls and flatten until very
thin. Brush top of cookies with stiffly
beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with mixture
of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375º for
10 minutes or until crisp.
