salt and pepper
12 strips bacon
medium onion, diced
½ cup water
4 tbsp hot grease from bacon
¼ cup vinegar
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Boil
potatoes in jackets.
Let cool, peel, slice. Season
with salt and pepper. Fry bacon cut up.
Fry onions. Add bacon and onions to potatoes. Add hot grease from bacon to potatoes. Remove remaining grease from pan. Put water and vinegar into pan and boil. Add liquid to potatoes. Put in casserole. Add eggs on top.
