Lasagna - Nancy Fletcher

2 tbsp olive oil                                     
2 lbs ground beef, crumbled
¼ tsp garlic salt                                   
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes                                   
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper                                        
½ tsp oregano
1½ inch wide noodles, cooked         
1 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
¾ lb ricotta cheese                              
½ cup parmesan cheese

Heat and brown in skillet:  oil, ground beef, garlic salt. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened. Cook lasagne noodles.  Fill a casserole with alternate layers of noodles, sliced mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, tomato-meat sauce, and Parmesan cheese, ending with a layer of sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
