1½ lbs ground beef
6 green onion, chopped½ cup bean sprouts
⅓ cup water chestnuts
2 eggs
1 medium carrot, grated
1 tsp black pepper
Brown
and drain ground beef. Mix vegetables (well chopped), beef, eggs, and pepper. Wrap in lumpia wrappers (eggroll style). Fry in oil and shortening combined at 350º
until lightly brown; drain. Serve with Sweet
