Mulled Cider - Michael Fletcher

(Cold autumn or winter evenings, a fireplace and this…..nothing get any better)

1 gallon apple cider                            

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp whole allspice                            
¼ tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg                                   
1-3 inch stick of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.  Simmer 20 minutes.
