8oz sour cream
1 egg
6oz colby cheese, shredded
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
10oz frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
Cook
egg noodles
according to package instructions.
Drain. Meanwhile mix in a bowl
all remaining ingredients with hand mixer until well blended. Add mixture to hot noodles and mix well.
