¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp grated orange peel
1¼ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
3 cups oats
12oz pkg butterscotch morsels
Heat
oven to 375º. Beat butter, sugars, egg and orange peel until creamy. Gradually add flour, baking soda, salt and
cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes for a chewy
cookie or 9-10 minutes for crisp cookies.
