1 cup chopped green onion
1 pkg Raman Noodle
8 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
¼ cup vinegar
3-4 cups cooked chicken
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup salad oil
3 tbsp sesame seeds
In a
large bowl, combine cabbage, onions and chicken. Cover and chill. In a small bowl, stir together sugar, oil,
flavor packet from the Raman soup, vinegar and pepper.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over the cabbage and chill.
Toast almonds in frying pan, removed and add seeds, brown
over low heat. Add to salad. Just before serving, crumble noodles from
Raman and sprinkle over top.
