Potatoes a la Mushroom - Barbara Seng

4-5 potatoes                                        
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk                             
1 onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef

Brown ground beef and drain.  Boil potatoes, peel and dice.  Pour 1 can soup, milk and onion into a saucepan and heat.  Add ground beef and pour over the potatoes places in a well buttered baking dish.  Bake 35-40 minutes at 400º.
