Spanish Vegetable Rice - Michael Fletcher

2 cups hot cooked rice                       
1 can cream of mushroom soup
⅓ cup catsup                                       
2 tbsp butter
3 green onions, chopped                   
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded      
1 cup frozen peas

In a fry pan, combine ingredients.  Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring occasionally or until vegetables are tender.
