¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 lb pecans, shelled
Melt butter, add sugar and spices and mix well. Stir pecans into mixture until well coated. Place pecans on cookie sheet and bake at 275º for 10-20 minutes. Keep turning pecans.
