1 cup cake flour
¾ tsp salt
3 generous level tsp baking powder
4 egg yolks
1¼ cups sugar
½ pint (1 cup) cream
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup nuts, chopped
3 egg whites
Sift
together regular flour, cake flour, salt, baking powder. Mix together egg yolks, sugar and cream. Alternate with dry ingredients to egg
mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Grease tube pan and dust with flour. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
