butter
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
3 tart apples
Boil
the potatoes until half done. Place in casserole dish cut up into bite size
pieces. Add chopped apples and cover completely with honey, brown sugar and butter
dots. Bake at 350 º until done.
