1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
dash salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
topping:
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pecans, chopped
Cream butter.
Add sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs (one at a time), beating
well. Sift flour, baking soda, baking
powder and salt together. Add dry
ingredients alternating with sour cream –
beginning and ending with the flour.
Stir in vanilla. Pour half of batter in a lightly
greased 9x9 pan. Make topping by combining brown sugar, granulated sugar,
cinnamon and pecans. Cover with half of
topping. Pour remaining batter on top
and top all with rest topping. Bake at
325º for 40 minutes.
