Zucchini Appetizer - Nat Housholder

1 cup Bisquick baking mix                               
3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
½ cup onion, finely chopped            
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp parsley, snipped                      
½ tsp salt
½ tsp seasoned salt                            
½ tsp dried marjoram or oregano
dash pepper                                         
1 clove garlic finely chopped
½ cup vegetable oil                            
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients, Spread into greased 13x9x2 pan.  Bake at 350º for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.  Cut into 2x1 inch pieces.
