Pumpkin Pudding - Barbara Seng

½ cup flour                                          
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup oatmeal                                    
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup margarine

Mix together and pat into a 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

2 cups pumpkin                                  
¾ cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk                      
½ tsp cinnamon
2 eggs                                                    
¼ tsp cloves
½ tsp salt

Beat together as for pumpkin pie and pour over baked crust.  Bake 20 minutes.

½ cup brown sugar                             
½ cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp margarine

Mix together and sprinkle over pumpkin pudding.  Return to oven and bake additional 20 minutes.
