Rice Pudding - Mark Seng

1 cup rice                                              
1 pkg instant pudding mix, vanilla
2 cups boiling water                           
1 tbsp margarine                 
cinnamon & nutmeg                          
½ cup raisins                        

Cook rice in boiling water (in which margarine and raisins have been added), for 20 minutes on low heat.  Cool.  Mix an instant jello pudding mix according to directions on the box, and add the rice and raisin mixture.  Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg if so desired.
