¾ cup honey
1 cup warm water
4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
10‑12 cups flour
1½ cups powdered milk, prepared
Sprinkle
water with yeast and sugar. Scald milk then let cool.
Mix all ingredients together. Let
rise 2 hours. Make into balls and let
rise until doubled in size. Bake at 400º
for 15‑20 minutes.
