1 pint plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped fine1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
3 tbsp olive oil
juice of one lemon
1 tsp salt
parsley
Drain
yogurt on a cheesecloth 2-3 hours. Add remaining ingredients. Chill in fridge. This is very good with warm pita bread or
gyros. Also healthy for you.
