⅔ cup butter
2 eggs
1¾ cups flour
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup apple sauce
1 cup quick rolled oats
1 cup chocolate covered raisins
1 cup nuts
Beat
together brown sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon,
nutmeg and stir in beaten mixture. Add
apple sauce,
oats, raisins and nuts. Drop by ¼ cupfuls onto greased cookie sheet,
flatten slightly allowing room for cookies to spread. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes, cool on wire
racks.
