Aunt Irene’s Butter Cookies - Ruth Fletcher

1 lb butter                                             
1 cup sugar
4 cups flour                                          
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla                                                                              

Blend butter, sugar and add the egg yolks.  Add vanilla and stir in the flour.  Use a cookie press and form cookies on a cookie sheet.  Bake at 350° until golden brown.
