1½ cups flour

tsp baking powder
¼ cup sugar ½ tsp salt
2 eggs, separated
1¼ cups milk
6 tbsp oil
Mix
together dry ingredients. Add egg yolks to milk, then add oil. Mix with flour mixture. Beat egg whites, fold into mixture last. Cook on waffle iron until golden brown. Makes a medium batch (8 double waffles). To make a big batch you double all
ingredients except salt and oil. You use
¾ tsp. salt and ¾ cup oil.
