½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups blueberries
Combine sugar and cornstarch in 1 quart casserole. Add water, syrup, and
lemon juice.
Stir in blueberries. Microwave on full power 4½ to 5 minutes or until thickened. Micro-tip:
For a thicker sauce, add additional teaspoon of cornstarch.
