½ cup chopped pecans
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup light cream
3 tbsp butter
In a
heavy saucepan combine sugars, cream and margarine. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring
constantly to dissolve sugars. Reduce
heat. Cook and stir for 5 minutes more until slightly thickened. Stir in pecans. Let stand 10 minutes. Great over vanilla ice cream!
