Broccoli Corn Bake - Lucille Rhodes

1-16oz can cream style corn             
1-10oz pkg frozen broccoli                               
1 egg, beaten                                       
½ cup saltine cracker crumbs           
1 tbsp minced onion                          
2 tbsp margarine, melted
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
¼ cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 tbsp margarine, melted

Mix together corn, cooked broccoli, egg, ½ cup cracker crumbs, onion, 2 tbsp margarine, salt and pepper.  Put into 1 quart casserole dish.  Mix ¼ cup crumbs with 1 tbsp margarine and sprinkle on top.  Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
