½ cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
⅔ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped nuts
Mix
oil, cocoa, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Mix in dry ingredients adding nuts after all has been moistened. Spread in well greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. If desired, frost with icing.
