Butter Press Cookies - Nancy Fletcher

(Mom used to make these by the droves in all different colors using food coloring at Christmastime)

1 cup butter                                         

1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks                                           
3 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla                                         
pinch salt
4 tbsp coffee cream

Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, salt and coffee cream.  Mix in flour to form dough.  Chill dough one hour at least.  Bake on lightly greased baking sheets at 350º for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.  These cookies are perfect for using a cookie press with the kids and making all different shapes.  Let them decorate them as well.
