12 flour tortillas                                  
2 cans refried beans
1 small onion, chopped                     
grated cheddar cheese
taco sauce

Heat beans over low heat, stirring frequently.  Put heaping spoonfuls of beans in center of each tortilla, using all the beans for the 12 tortillas.  Sprinkle onions on top and a generous amount of cheese.  Fold tortillas over beans and place in baking dish.  Cover and bake until heated.  350-400º for ½ hour should warm them enough.  Use taco sauce inside if eaten by hand or pour over the tortillas in baking dish and serve with utensils.
