Cantonese Dinner - Nancy Fletcher

1½ lbs pork loin, ½ inch strips          
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oil                                               
1 large onion, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips   
1-4oz can mushrooms, drained
1-8oz can tomato sauce                    
3 tbsp brown sugar
1½ tbsp vinegar                                  
1½ tsp salt

Brown pork strips in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours (High: 4 hrs). Serve over hot fluffy rice.
