Carol’s Eastern Corn Chowder - Mark Seng

5 pieces bacon                                    
1 cup white sauce
2 medium potatoes, diced               
1 can cream corn
1 medium onion, diced                      
salt and pepper
water to cover potatoes

Cook bacon, crumble.  Add onions and sauté.  Add potatoes and water.  Cover and cook on medium heat for 10‑15 minutes.  In another pan mix milk and sauce, stirring until thick, on medium heat.  Add corn.  Add sauce mixture to potatoes.
