2 chicken bouillon cubes
¼ cup butter
1½ lbs sliced cooked chicken
¼ cup flour
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
Cook
broccoli until just tender, drain and arrange on a flat
baking dish. Melt butter and stir in
flour. Add milk and cook, stirring until the sauce is
thickened and smooth. Add bouillon
cubes, stir to dissolve. Pour half the
sauce over the broccoli. Add chicken slices and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put under the broiler until the cheese is
melted and sauce is bubbling hot.
